Dr. Stanton G. Cort is Associate Professor at the Weatherhead School of
Management at Case Western Reserve University. For 40 years, he has
studied, written about, worked in, and consulted with vendors, distributors and
retailers in the supply chain. His current research focuses on management of
multi-organizational business systems, especially in the context of the
competitive structure and dynamics of supply chains. He also studies U.S.
and multinational market opportunities and market entry programs for
industrial and consumer products and services. He teaches supply chain
management, entrepreneurial marketing, multinational marketing, and new
product/process design and development. Dr. Cort has served on a number
of corporate boards and is a frequent speaker in executive education
programs throughout the U.S. and abroad. He earned his bachelor, master,
and doctoral degrees at Harvard University.
